What these terms cover
These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the agreement for the product: if you run khyzr's agents, that is a separate customer agreement between you and Khyzr Consulting Group.
Using this site
You are welcome to read, quote and link to this site. Please do not try to break it, scrape it wholesale, or point automated traffic at it. We may change, move or take down any page at any time.
The content on this site
Everything here describes what khyzr does and is written to be accurate, but it is offered as it stands, without warranty of any kind. It is not advice, and it is not an offer. The figures, product screens and examples on the home page are illustrations, not a promise of a result. Any price we quote is in US dollars and excludes applicable taxes.
Intellectual property
The khyzr name, the wordmark, and the text, design and code of this site belong to Khyzr Consulting Group. You may quote a short extract with attribution. Anything more needs our written permission.
Links
This site does not link out to other companies' websites; its only outbound link opens an email to us. If we add one later, what is on the site at the other end is that site's responsibility, not ours.
The product is a separate agreement
khyzr's agents run inside your own AWS account under a customer agreement with Khyzr Consulting Group. Nothing on this website changes that agreement, adds to it, or stands in for it. Where the two disagree, the customer agreement wins.
Changes to these terms
We update these terms when the site changes. The date at the top is the version you are reading.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any dispute about them goes to the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
