Who is responsible

This website is published by Khyzr Consulting Group, Dallas, Texas. If you have a question about this policy, or about anything we hold about you, write to sales@khyzr.com.

What this website collects

Nothing, by itself. This site is a handful of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, has no forms and no accounts, and loads no third-party scripts. The product screens on the home page are illustrations: what you type into them stays in your browser and is never sent anywhere.

One thing still happens when you open a page, as it does on any website: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records the request in its server logs, including your IP address, the page you asked for, the time, and which browser you used. That is how the page reaches you and how the service is kept running. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you, and Cloudflare handles them under its own privacy policy.

The typeface is part of the page itself, so opening a page sends nothing to anyone other than our own host.

Email you send us

The only way to reach us from this site is by email. If you write to sales@khyzr.com we see your address, your name if you give it, and whatever is in your message. We use it to answer you and to keep track of the conversation.

We keep that correspondence only as long as we need it to answer you, or for as long as we work together, and then delete it, unless it has become part of a contract or we are required to keep it for tax or legal reasons. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

What the product does with your data

khyzr's agents run inside your own AWS account, on AWS Bedrock. They read through a role you grant and can revoke, nothing is copied out of your account, and every action they take is logged in your own CloudTrail.

This website is not the product, and nothing you do here touches it. How the product handles your data is governed by your customer agreement with Khyzr Consulting Group, not by this policy.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or the UK, data protection law gives you the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to our use of it, and to receive a copy. Ask at sales@khyzr.com and we will answer. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Changes to this policy

We update this page when the site or the company changes. The date at the top is the version you are reading, and the current version is always the one on this page.
